Businessman and football administrator, Kurt Okraku has pulled through as the new Ghana Football Association (GFA) President after winning the keenly contested polls with 59 total votes cast in his favour.

Kurt Okraku and George Afriyie were scheduled to face off for a third round after the second round failed to produce a winner, but George Afriyie who garnered 43 votes conceded defeat even before the third round.

However, the election committee is likely to exhaust the voting process by allowing Mr. Okraku to go for the third round as a sole candidate.
